TOUR PLAYER FOR A DAY SIGNATURE SCHOOL
The “Signature School” is designed for the golfer visiting Dubai on a short break but wishing to take full advantage of the world-class coaching and practice facilities which Jumeirah Golf Estates has to offer. A morning golf clinic specializing on the full swing with video analysis, short game technique and bunker play followed in the afternoon by a 9 hole playing lesson focusing on course management and shot strategy.
The “Signature School” program is priced at AED 1,950 and is subject to a minimum of 3 students .

Three days of comprehensive golf instruction, providing the student with a better understanding of their individual swing and the techniques required in developing and improving their game further. This school covers all aspects of the game, using the very latest video swing technology to analyze and identify the golfers swing characteristics, ball flight control, short game technique, course management and shot strategy.
The Three-Day Program is priced at AED 4,750 and is subject to a minimum of 3 students.

JUNIOR MASTER CLASS
Junior Master Class: AED 395
This program is designed to enhance the enjoyment of the game for junior players, develop hand eye coordination, and learn the basics of the swing, etiquette and rules of the game, all in a fun and friendly environment. The Junior Master Classes are divided into different ability levels which are based around age and performance. The Junior Master Class consists of 5 weeks of training covering all the basics of the game followed by a final session which is a skills/awards day.
Junior Master Class includes;
- One hour of instruction each week over five consecutive weeks at the Tour Academy covering all aspects of the game.
- All equipment provided if required
- Bottled waters
- Limited to 6 children per class

Below you will find the breakdown of the Levels 1-3.
Level 1 – Introduction to golf: Has never attended Junior Master Class before or has attended class before but is still new to the game. (Suggested age 4 – 7 years)
Level 2 – New to golf has attended Junior Master Class Level 1 in the past and is ready to move on to Academy Course training.
(Suggested age 8 – 10 years)
Level 3 – Experienced junior golfer: Has passed Junior Master Class Level 1 & 2 and is looking to develop a junior handicap.
(Suggested age – 10+ years)

“IT’S A GIRL THING” – LADIES COACHING
“It’s a girl thing” Ladies Coaching Programs: AED 495
A series of coaching sessions designed to appeal to the novice or more experienced lady player; a comprehensive series of golf clinics providing the golfer with a better understanding of their individual swing and the techniques required in developing and further improving their game; building confidence and enhancing performance.
These programs will cover all aspects of the game.
The ladies golf clinics include;
- One hour of instruction each week over five consecutive weeks at the Tour Academy
- Unlimited use of practice balls
- Coffee & pastries after each clinic

DIRECTOR OF INSTRUCTION
Wayne Johnson’s qualifications and coaching expertise are unquestionable having worked at the highest level as a golf teacher and coach, spending four years working as Director of Instruction for the world’s foremost golf teacher Butch Harmon at his schools in the USA, Bahamas and Macau having worked closely & assisted Butch in many of his coaching sessions with such notable tournament professionals as Tiger Woods, Adam Scott, Mark Calcavecchia, Lee Westwood, Darren Clarke and Jose Maria Olazabal.
Wayne first came to Dubai in 2002 and was responsible for the creation of the Academy by TROON GOLF at the internationally recognized five-star Montgomerie Dubai, quickly becoming the Middle east’s leading golf instructional facility.
Wayne has also served as Director of Golf at Pinheros Altos Campo de Golfe, Quinta do Lago and the exclusive Jack Nicklaus designed Monte Rei golf course in the Algarve, Portugal: Wayne held the National Coaching role for the United Arab Emirates golf team and has written numerous instructional articles for Golf Digest and Worldwide Golfer.
