THE PURCHASE PROCESS

Step 1: Indication of Interest
Register online or call +(971)  04 390 3333. Each person may only register once. Registrations will be responded to on a first-come, first-served basis.

Step 2: Jumeirah Golf Estates Response
A sales consultant will respond according to your preferred contact method to schedule a sales meeting or inform you of any upcoming launch events. An email will be sent to confirm receipt of online registrations.

Step 3: Sales Meeting
Please bring the following documents:

  • Original passport
  • Three (3) photocopies of your passport
  • Means of payment
  • Original proof of mailing address

Step 4: Payment
Upon completion of all paperwork, the sales consultant will inform you of the required payment schedule and the amount of the first installment. This first installment is to be paid in the form of a current dated cheque.

Step 5: Contract Execution
Upon receipt of payment, the finance department will give you a receipt, a copy of the Reservation Contract, and a copy of the terms and conditions of the sale. You will be informed when your contract will be ready for pick-up. The contract must be signed within 30 days.
